There is no risk when buying from JA Diamonds. Our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you time to ensure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we will provide an exchange or full refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:- Returned within 30 days of shipment.
- In their original, "new and unused" condition.
- Accompanied by all original paperwork (diamond certificates, appraisal, etc.).
Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:- Engraved jewelry (excluding rings).
- Customized or "Made to Order" items not displayed on the website.
- Items marked "Limited Availability - Non-Returnable."
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler.
- International shipments or orders paid in non-USD currencies.
- Items reported as damaged/defective after 5 days of receipt.
How to Prepare a Return
Please follow these steps exactly to ensure your refund is processed successfully:- Get Authorization: Email Info@JADiamonds.com to receive your Return Authorization Code. Write this code clearly on your original invoice.
- Pack Securely: Include the item, original packaging, and all collateral material.
- Important: If the Diamond Grading Report is missing, you will be charged a $250 replacement fee.
- Ship & Insure: Ship the package via a trackable carrier (FedEx/UPS/USPS) fully insured for the purchase price.
- Security Tip: Do NOT write "JA Diamonds," "Jewelry," or "Diamonds" on the outside of the box to prevent theft.
Refunds & Processing
- Inspecting: Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item (2-4 business days) to verify its condition.
- Crediting: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow up to 2 weeks for the funds to post to your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges and special handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged:- Refuse the shipment (if visible upon delivery).
- Email Info@JADiamonds.com immediately.
- Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damage reported after this window.
Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate requests prior to shipping confirmation, though changes may cause delays. Special order requests and shipped items cannot be cancelled.
