Most items on this website are available for same-day shipping, next-day delivery. Ground delivery service is available for items that are too large or too heavy for overnight delivery to be cost effective.

 

Truck Shipments/UPS/FedEx. All carriers are responsible and liable for any damages that occur during transit, do not sign freight bill or receipt without making notation on the freight bill. Retain all packing material and shipping cartoons until the carrier has made an inspection. File a claim directly with the carrier within 10 days. JA Diamonds CANNOT file a claim for you.

 

All orders are shipped via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service, First Class Insured.

 

Please allow one to two business days expected delivery time, plus manufacturing and processing time. All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all FedEx and UPS shipments will be given a delivery confirmation ( Tracking number ) number upon delivery.

 

Canadian customers: We ship to Canada. All prices are listed in US dollars. You may be charged a duty, please consult with your local customs office for further details. If a duty is applicable, it is your responsibility to pay it. Shipping to canada would be a 29.99 shipping fee.
